Site Experience Sr Product Manager aims to understand our customers, analyze their journey on our site and eliminate nuances by launching new features or by fixing existing ones and helping customers complete their journey until purchase.
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who is looking to maximize their impact on customers by understanding them fully.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong product management background, demonstrate a passion for working on behalf of Customers, have a track-record of partnering with engineering teams to deliver large-scale projects, enjoy collaborating with business development teams and have the ability to operate independently and autonomously.
This candidate will be able to navigate ambiguity and set a clear vision for Site Experience in Mexico.
The Site Experience product manager will be in charge of managing the Frustrations backlog working closely with software engineers and peers in other marketplaces to join efforts and learnings.
Other areas of focus for the role are to link the projects to business and customer impact.
Key job responsibilities The ideal candidate is a big thinker with a high bar and keen eye for customer and user experience.
They are an organized self-starter who can break down projects into small pieces and deliver them quickly and with high quality through their engineering team.
The candidate must also be a strong communicator, both written and verbally, who can manage partner teams and also pump up and rally a team behind a vision.

Mexico City, DIF, MEX BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience - Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition - Experience with end to end product delivery - Experience as a product manager or owner - Bachelor's degree or certificate of completion of studies required plus at least 8+ years of professional background - Fluent in both, English and Spanish PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights - Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
