s a Solar Crew Lead at Ipsun Solar, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and executing the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar systems.
You'll be at the forefront of our mission, ensuring seamless operations, exceptional service delivery, and the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
ey Responsibilities.
Leadership and Technical Expertise.
ead a team in the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of solar systems.
Demonstrate comprehensive technical knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot independently while collaborating effectively with the office support team when needed.
Responsible for leading your crew members and follow all safety procedures Train and teach your crew members about electrical and mechanical best practicesVerify pre-assemble job components in the warehouseLayout and assembly of solar modules/array and mounting hardware.
echanical/structural mounting of racking, modules and electrical equipment.
lectrical wiring of solar array/system, both AC and DC (Crew lead is responsible; Roof lead as they learn)Document completion of completed installation.

ttend mandatory training sessions on new products, installation methodology, and safety.
Efficient Service Calls Management.

roven experience in solar system installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance, with a track record of successful leadership in a similar role.
echnical Proficiency.
trong understanding of solar PV systems, electrical components, and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Qualifications and Skills.
3 to 5 years of solar installation experienceExperience with Enphase, solar edge, multiple module brands, snap n rack, and iron ridgeProven history of managing multiple people and successfullykeeping them motivatedAbility to work with computer systems and mobile apps to manage project information and communication with Project Management teamMust be able to lift 50lbAbility to work in extreme environments (example.
hot sun, cold, crawl spaces, etc.).
ust be willing and able to climb ladders, stairs, work on rooftops and able to work on your feet for long periods of time All Candidates must have.
