Your role involves monitoring the system uses and based on observations and call outs from end users support the designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the SAP C4C ecosystem, specifically tailored for retail execution.

Advanced Requisitos Responsibilities Solution Design and Development.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and retail teams to understand requirements related to retail execution processes.
Customize and enhance the SAP C4C solution to optimize retail-specific functionalities.
Develop and implement solutions using the SAP C4C SDK (Software Development Kit).
Configure and test C4C solutions, including Business Object (BO) Extensions, ABSL-Events & Actions, Service Integration, Rest API, and Master Data Replication (MDR).
Retail-Specific Enhancements.
Create user-friendly interfaces for retail users, ensuring smooth navigation and efficient task execution.
Integrate SAP C4C with other retail systems (such as point-of-sale, inventory management, and order processing).
Enhance retail-specific features, such as store visit planning, merchandising, promotions, and inventory tracking.
Data Synchronization and Integration.
Ensure seamless data replication between SAP C4C and other relevant systems (mainly Power BI and incoming flat files using CPI).
Collaborate with integration teams to design and implement middleware solutions for data synchronization.
Testing and Quality Assurance.
Conduct thorough testing of retail execution functionalities, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
Identify and resolve any issues or defects to maintain high-quality solutions.
Documentation and Training.
Document technical specifications, configurations, and customizations.
Provide training and support to end-users on SAP C4C retail execution features.
Qualifications Education and Experience.
Minimum of 3-4 years of experience working with SAP C4C, specifically in retail execution.
Familiarity with SAP Sales & Service Cloud, SAP Retail, or related modules.
Technical Skills.
Proficiency in the Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) language.
Knowledge of SAP C4C SDK and relevant retail-specific APIs.
Experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) or other middleware tools.
Soft Skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Ability to adapt to changing retail requirements and business processes.
