Flavors & Extracts Latin America.
What you’ll do.
Direct all sales activities for Business Unit to achieve planned profit and strategic goals by developing a business unit plan for use as a roadmap understanding the market landscape, identifying growth opportunities and new customer prospects.
Direct and manage the Project Pipeline.
Present overview of the health of the project pipeline on a quarterly basis to support short and long-term business objectives and meet gross profit targets.
Set pricing strategy to achieve gross margin objectives, as well as Developing and communicating market intelligence to the Business Unit.
Identify key market segments, customers, market dynamics, trends, opportunities, gaps, and timelines working with Sales, R&D, Manufacturing, Purchasing, QC/QA, and Finance.
Support and direct sales terms negotiations.
Identify and develop programs for Account Managers within assigned business unit to present concepts to customers.
Review monthly financial and sales results and recommends corrective action when needed to meet profit objectives.
What you’ll bring.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
10 years of sales experience with at least 5 years in sales management Deep understanding of the business, financials, products, the market and the opportunities to increase market share What you’ll get.
