If you want to work for a company that lives by their values, then give your career a reason to smile and join our global team!   Job Purpose   The Professional Consulting Veterinarian (PCV) is responsible for meeting KPIs defined between the PVA and the CDO through the influence of veterinary specialists and (mainly key account) achieving the highest sales and recommendation results.
The main role of this position is visit and training veterinarians, staff of clinics, hospitals and pet stores teams with in-depth nutritional, product, and executional knowledge in order to earn veterinary recommendation, drive sales and grow share.
The PCV will be empowered to position Hill's as a valuable partner across all channels in which Hill's products are sold, as we strive to transform the lives of people and their pets.
Main Responsibilities Provide expertise and technical support to key account customers on product selection & usage and support to key account customers requiring higher levels of knowledge & advice surrounding all Hill’s products Working closely with the PVA team, the PCV develops and executes the strategy for external education, ongoing skill development, and validation of learning.
Champion a holistic approach across PVA and CDO to win in each corporate group, clearly defining and prioritizing professional and commercial activities by group based on opportunities Manage Vet Affairs programs and support commercial teams specifically as they relate to key accounts of all channels Leverage Hill’s digital education programs and resources to provide bespoke training to key accounts of all channels Monitor trends in the vet profession and maintain competitive assessment nationally Seek opportunities to strengthen our relationships with KTL Focuses training around reinforcement of foundational knowledge, product superiority, technical understanding of new product innovation, and flawless execution of commercial initiatives.
Performs other duties as assigned and complies with all policies and standards   Travel Requirements Expected percentage of field presence.

Up to 20%   Location of Work Guadalajara   Education & Experience Graduate degree in veterinary medicine Current veterinary license and clinically competent Ideally 1+ years of small animal clinical practice experience or industry Strong work ethic, professional approach, high integrity Self-motivated and highly competitive Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and presentation) Must have strong organizational and project management skills, as well as extraordinary attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment in a rapidly changing environment and run multiple concurrent project demands within established timelines Must be highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously and effectively, prioritize projects and tasks Advanced English   Key Competencies   Building Relationship Communicates effectively Planning and priority setting Digital Capabilities Communicate Effectively Customer Influence and Negotiation Teamwork & collaboration Our Commitment to Sustainability With the Colgate brand in more homes than any other, we are presented with great opportunities and new challenges as we work to integrate sustainability into all aspects of our business and create positive social impact.
