Company Ideal Candidate Responsibilities.
Lead Generation and Research.
Conduct targeted lead generation activities, sourcing potential clients based on specific criteria provided by our clients.
Utilize various tools and resources to identify and engage with prospects during downtime.
LinkedIn Engagement and Lead Generation.
Take the initiative to engage with our LinkedIn connections through messaging, interacting with posts, and initiating meaningful conversations.
Harness the power of LinkedIn for lead generation by reaching out to targeted individuals and initiating connections.
Track all interactions and connections meticulously using our CRM system.
Connection Requests and CRM Management.
Send out multiple profile requests daily on LinkedIn to expand our network.
Log accepted connection requests in the CRM and schedule follow-up tasks for further engagement.
Monitor LinkedIn messages, ensuring timely follow-ups and responses, and log conversations in the CRM.
Email Management and Proposal Support.
Provide support in managing LinkedIn and email correspondence, including drafting responses and organizing communications.
Assist in watching client calls and preparing proposals based on provided pricing information.
Customize messages and proposals to meet individual client needs effectively.
10 am - 6 pm or 11 am - 7 pm EST If you are passionate about leveraging LinkedIn for lead generation and sales growth and want to be part of a dynamic team, we'd love to hear from you! The Profile Basic familiarity with LinkedIn required; experience with LinkedIn Navigator is advantageous.
Strong writing skills are crucial for creating compelling proposals and personalized messages.
Ability to think critically and creatively to craft engaging content.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction.
Proficiency in research and tailoring responses for effective communication.
Experience with CRM systems is a plus, but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
Familiarity with Slack and lead generation tools is beneficial.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload efficiently.
