General Description
We seek a dedicated InHouse Accountant to join our team and ensure our organizations financial health and integrity. This role is crucial for providing accurate and reliable financial information to support decisionmaking. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the accounting and finance department members to ensure financial data is precise and adheres to regulatory standards.

Responsibilities
Maintain accurate and uptodate financial records.
Up to date with Mexican accounting.
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions promptly.
Reconcile bank and credit card statements.
Prepare and issue invoices to customers and clients.
Monitor and track expenses, ensuring appropriate classification and coding.
Assist in payroll processing, including calculating employee hours and wages.
Prepare financial reports, such as balance sheets, income, and cash flow statements.
Assist with monthend and yearend closing procedures.
Preserve the confidentiality of financial information and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Support during audits and tax preparation as needed.
Provide backup to the accounting department as necessary.
Keep precise records of accounts payable and receivable, payroll, daily financial entries, and reconciliations.
Execute daily accounting tasks like monthly financial reporting, general ledger entries, and record payments and adjustments.

Requirements
Education Bachelors degree in accounting or related field.
Knowledge of Accounting Principles Strong understanding of fundamental accounting principles and practices, primarily related to Mexican tax laws, requirements, and practices.
Proficiency with Accounting Software Experience with accounting software and familiarity with government tax platforms are preferred. Zoho One experience is preferred.
Computer Skills Proficiency in Google Suite and advanced knowledge of accounting software.
Language Skills Excellent command of English, especially in accounting terms, is crucial.

Payment 15,000.00 to 20,000.00 MXN gross monthly depending on experience.
Law with benefits. Hours 9 to 6 pm daily, Monday through Friday, with a 1hour break each day.
