As part of the HR team in the Europe & Middle East Region, you will be involved in the payroll cost controlling and forecasting at regional level, monthly HR reporting and ad-hoc analysis.
You will also support the personnel administration for the assigned countries.
Main activities.
Prepare and submit the LVMH monthly HR reporting in coordination with the local HR Managers Support local Retail teams in the calculation of sales force incentives & management of the monthly payout Support the personnel administration for the assigned countries (contracts drafting, disciplinary, timekeeping etc.) Collect information related to new joiners, leavers and moves monthly Update the database on a regular basis with the consolidation of the personal information (gender, date of birth, role, etc.) Ad hoc missions.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration/economics/human resources Fluent Italian and English is a must Advanced MS Excel proficiency Ability to use MS Office Excellent analytical skills Precision and commitment A short previous experience in HR Admin & Payroll will be a plus Additional information.
