Estamos buscando un Analista de Soporte Técnico TI para unirse a nuestro dinámico equipo.
Tus responsabilidades diarias incluirán
Ofrecer asistencia técnica informática a usuarios con problemas o incidencias relacionados con cualquier tipo de servicio o producto informático software y hardware.
Manejo y control del inventario de recursos informáticos.
Instalación, configuración y mantenimiento de software y equipos informáticos.
Disponibilidad para moverse a nuestros almacenes en Tepotzotlán dos veces al mes viáticos cubiertos.
Qué ofrecemos
Sueldo Bruto Mensual 19,000 MXN.

Requisitos
Título en licenciatura en Ingeniería de Sistemas de Computación, Informática, o afín.
Inglés avanzado.
2 a 3 años de experiencia dentro de actividades de help desk
Uso de herramientas para administración de tickets

Conocimiento profundo de hardware y software informático.
Excelentes habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación en inglés y español.
