Remote Experience 3-5 years Travel Required.
No Scope Of work.
Monitor incoming consulting DC requests, clarify with customers, validate information, convert to provider requests as needed (managed server, database, web, access / password, storage, firewall, etc.), and follow progress to completion.
Attend calls with provider to push for progress of requests and MIs Advise application managers with possible approaches for technical migration of their systems/landscape.
Document recommendations and outcome.
Assist with processing of internal customers’ requests to order DC services.
Support with User Acceptance Testing during integration of new / changed DC transactions Maintain and enhance DC related WIKI pages / knowledge bases.
Maintain regular contact with Application / Server Owners for day-to-day operations.
Ensure Customer Cyber-Security guidelines and processes are followed.
Work on customer demands, minor service changes and system changes.
May require supporting project-based work while keeping a focus on infrastructure cost efficient and highly secured solutions hitting key project milestones.
Required Skills.
Excellent communication skills Basic knowledge in IT infrastructure backend architecture (servers, storage units) Basic knowledge in public cloud environments.
Experience with IT outsourcing contracts, SLA / KPI’s, licensing policies, charging models, etc.
Team player and enjoy working in an international and cross-functional environment.
Requested experiences /achievements.
ITIL Foundations Certification.
Fluent in professional English.
Able to work with a virtual and remote team.
