GBS FINANCE & ANALYSIS BRAND BUILDING SPECIALIST

Join the K family in Queretaro, Mexico as GBS Brand Building Finance and Analysis Specialist for our North American Region.
This position manage the Advertising, Promotion and Trade investment initiatives controlled by IONs (Internal Orders in SAP, projects controlling) for North America Business, Snacks Categories Strong technical skills to streamline and automate processes, scale operations, and standardize best practices within the Kellanova system.
This role also requires business partnering, clear communication, and influencing skills.
This position reports to a Brand Building Americas Lead.
Peer Relationships.
Finance Managers and Sr Managers, Categories and Commercial teams mainly Managers and Senior Manager   A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing Accounts reconciliations and follow up, identify risks and opportunities + Ensure systems tie outs.
Anaplan, SAP and CRM.
Accruals and prepayments, ION and coupons management.
Prepare and analyze AP&T reports and provide visibility on a monthly basis and distribute to Finance and Commercial partners.
Pursuing continuous improvement projects and implementing process enhancements.
Standardize and improve the service delivery within span of control, promoting process simplification and automation, managing process scorecard in a continuous improvement context.
Your Recipe for Success Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Finance/Business related.
3+ years of experience in related roles Proven experience in expenses management and accounting.
Strong technical skills in financial analysis, data manipulation and process automation.
Strong analytical skills, decision quality, as well as accountable and results driver.
Strong SAP, PC, Excel and other reporting and financial tools, knowledge.
