International Operations offers a wide range of wholesale and retail automotive financing products to dealers and their customers.
The strength of the international business lies in its ability to tailor its products to meet unique dealer needs, consumer preferences and national requirements in local markets.
Latin American country operations include Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, and Peru.
About the role The F&I Senior Representative will be responsible for executing & implementing F&I related processes with the Dealers F&I Managers who participate in the GMF F&I School.
As an F&I Senior Representative, you will be accountable for elaborating and following up on the KPI's of the F&I Department; for example inventories and reports.
In addition, this role supports the accomplishment of Dealer Sales programs, such as the F&I School and F&I Conference.
What you need Bachelorâs degree in business administration, economics, marketing, accounting or related field.
Fluent in both Spanish & English (conversation level will be evaluated during interview).
+2 years of experience providing training, ideally for sales associates.
Background experience in financial institutions, banking, automotive industry within the sales area and/or credit departments (Preferred).
Background experience in consulting or business advisory areas.
Ability to build strategic customer relationships.
High level of self-management and empowerment.
Knowledge of Automotive industry in Mexico Knowledge of Financial & Banking industry in Mexico Ability to analyze and develop process improvements.
Advanced MS Office Skills.
Ability to work and negotiate with all organizational levels.
What you will be doing Deliver & support training to F&I Managers of the Dealers Network through the F&I School.
Implement regular visits for the F&I Managers who participate in the F&I Schools, for program follow-up.
Negotiating within all levels of the Dealers organization, with the objective of assigning and executing action plans to improve the performance of the F&I Managers.
Monitor the F&I Department KPI's to identify opportunity areas and suggest improvement actions.
Support in the selection of the F&I Managers for the Dealer Network.
Monthly updating and ad-hoc support for reports.
Administration of F&I Managers and F&I Assistants inventories.
Support on the development and execution of projects related with the F&I Program (F&I School, F&I Conference, F&I School Advance).
Availability to travel at least 75% of the work week during the month.
(Once sanitary contingency allows for it).
