Coordinate different streams with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Marketing and third parties’ agencies.
And assure the adequate management of all stages of each project before going live with a new business partner.
Job Description.
Responsibilities.
Focuses on supporting LE’s (Large Enterprises), Sales Unit to acquire new merchants (onboarding operations, coordination with cross-functional teams such as; Risk, Legal, Compliance & Marketing).
Coordinate and assure NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) and contracts, signed up by potential and acquired merchants.
Design and update onboarding presentations according to merchant operational needs.
Keep updated the merchant’s pipeline process document.
Generates specific reports in order to support decision making in the onboarding process.
Follow-up on all the activities between marketing and commercial area keeping a clear agenda of the projects in process.
Accounts set up and configuration process.
Accountable of Sales Force CRM management, coordinate other areas, such as legal, compliance Risk & Marketing Assure proper Mockups including the correct PayPal products for each pipeline project.
Provide proper training to the team responsible of merchant account management.
Assure to have proper NL welcome for each LTS Responsible to have proper Hand Over documents for farming teams.
Responsible to have Sales Tools updated; Commercial PPT’s, Compliance & Legal documents.
Requirements.
Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
Capable of building and presenting structured presentations.
Passionate about learning, problem solving and team work.
Flexible and adaptable to change.
Possess interpersonal skills to be persistent and with a supportive attitude.
Excellent communicator across all position levels, (both verbally and written).
Education and Qualifications.
University student from 5th semester and above.
Non-graduate - BA Management/Engineering.
Strong verbal and written communications skills (both Spanish and English).
Positive attitude and the ability to work well with others and build relationships in a diverse and international environment.
