Job Title Director Client Management Operations Objetivo.

Expertise en operación de Call center, backoffice, soporte y boarding.
Experiencia en gestión de personas.

Responsabilidades.

Elaboración de informes operativos mensuales estándar.

·Desarrollar, implementar y monitorear de principio a fin, controles clave de procesos que mitiguen de manera efectiva el riesgo operacional de la compañía.
