Schedules:
Summer Schedule 7:00AM - 4:30PM
(Winter Schedule 8:00AM - 5:30PM)
Rest: 2 days off (Consecutive, rotating weekdays)
Responsibilities:
• Maximizing company results and value.
• Providing excellent service to each of our customers through calls, chat, or email.
• Providing technical support with attention and adherence to quality processes.
• Always offer the customer the best solution, ensuring customer satisfaction standards are met.
Who are we looking for?
-Advanced conversational English (Mandatory)
-Minimum 2 years Call Center experience (Mandatory)
-Basic computer equipment and MS Office management
-On-site work (Col. Centro)
-Experience in Tech Support and Customer Service
Where will you be working?
Col. Centro in Hermosillo, Sonora
