We are looking for:
Bilingual Customer Service and Cross-Selling Contact Center Agents!
Main Activities:
Provide support and assistance to customers regarding their orders, accumulated points, promotions, commissions, etc.
Requirements:
• 18 years and older
• English level B2
• Completed high school.
• 6 months of experience in a Call Center **MANDATORY**
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent spelling and grammar.

Working schedule:
• Monday to Friday: 10:00 am - 7:00 pm.
