Customer Care Analyst
Requisitos
Escolaridad Licenciatura terminada, ingeniería industrial deseable
Conocimiento Servicio a cliente en general, deseable conocimiento naviero o trabajado en forwarder.
Experiencia 2 años en puesto en servicio a cliente en general, 1 año en puesto operativo deseable
Competencias y habilidades requeridas Liderazgo, trabajo en equipo, iniciativa, dinamismo, etc
Proactividad, actitud de servicio, sentido de urgencia, autorregulable, organización
Excel intermedio bases de datos, pívot table
Ingles intermedio.
Funciones
Mapear y establecer claramente las necesidades del cliente y comunicarla a la operación
Generar la mejor tarifa al cliente, en conjunto con la parte operativa, cumpliendo con los 7 días establecidos.
Asegurar una comunicación interna efectiva que garantice el cumplimiento de los requerimientos del cliente
Actualización de contratos, tarifas y condiciones.
Contacto con el cliente y atención personalizada
Detectar posibles riesgos en el servicio. Atención telefónica, correo y visita 2 veces al año, visita todas las líneas navieras. Visitar al cliente.
