Key responsibilities.
Map and clearly establish customer needs and communicate them to the operation Generate the best rate for the client, in conjunction with the operational part, complying with the established 7 days.
Ensure effective internal communication that guarantees compliance with client requirements.

Completed bachelor's degree, industrial engineering desirable.
Customer service in general, shipping knowledge or working as a forwarder is desirable.
2 years in general customer service position, 1 year in operational position desirable Proactivity, service attitude, sense of urgency, self-regulation, organization Intermediate Excel (databases, pivot table) Mandatory intermediate English You have been reading so far, we’re glad to see you are interested.
