COMPUTER PROGRAMMER

Primary duties include end user support for commercial off the shelf (COTS), PowerApps development, Data Analysis and Department of State specific software, as well as administering both local and enterprise application solutions.
Incumbent is also responsible for database analysis and management, maintenance of SharePoint solutions to meet the needs and requirements of the mission departments.
The Data Analyst/Developer reports to the Applications Development Supervisor and works closely with the Information Systems Officer (ISO) and Deputy ISO to comply with software and security standards.
REQUIREMENTS.
EXPERIENCE.
4 years of experience as a Computer Programmer and/or Data Analyst is required.
JOB KNOWLEDGE.
Must have knowledge of SharePoint environments and Power Platform (i.
.
Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Flow, Power Shell).
LANGUAGE.
Fluent Spanish is required & Good working knowledge of English is required.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES.
Superior working knowledge of most of the following.
Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Bi, Power Shell, and SharePoint Administration; and one or more programming languages such as.
et, C#, JAVA, VBScript, SQL, or other querying languages.
Knowledge of programming logic to assure the continued effective operation of all cloud and locally developed or modified software designed to provide automation support to post personnel.
Strong mathematical skills to help collect, measure, organize, and analyze data.
Technical proficiency regarding database design development, data models, techniques for data mining, and security boundaries.
