Reclutamiento Entrevistas y Contratación Inmediata
Preparar los platillos solicitados por el cliente de acuerdo a los recetarios vigentes y estándares de calidad y tiempo establecidos, a fin de satisfacer y sobrepasar las expectativas de nuestros clientes, así como el de realizar la producción de alimentos de acuerdo al stock establecido.
Actividades
Realizar la producción y preparación de los alimentos con calidad y presentación
Cubrir, etiquetar y rotular los productos transformados para resguardar
Mantener abastecida la línea de servicio
Mantener estrecha comunicación con superiores y subalternos
Conocer cada uno de los platillos del stock vigentes.
