RESPONSIBILITIES Creates and maintains a Global Capacity Planning file (GCPF) for specified P locations (medium and long-term capacity planning).
Prepares and conducts training of local specialists in capacity planning activities.
Collaborate the plants on the customer-required capacity studies and reports (CAR).
Assesses rough-cut capacity for current and short-term manufacturing requirements.
Collaborate the plant on to maintains and regularly updates customer portals in terms of medium and long-term capacity planning.
Collaborate on the flow plant and layout distribution of the POL Locations.
Collaborate with layout specialist on site any flow change and layout distribution change of the POL Locations.
Improve the flow plant and layout according the VES principles and POL Global Strategy with local teams on POL Locations.
Collaborate with layout specialist on site the studies to review open space for new programs according Finance and Global Capacity inputs.
Develops alternative strategies for programs based on analysis, makes recommendations in areas of expertise.
Communicates effectively with internal and external partners, shares information, respects the rules of safety and health at work, and follows the instructions of the manager.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT(S).
University degree MS Office, Windows Autocad Advanced English ADDITIONAL INFORMATION.
