Bilingual Customer Service and Cross-Selling Contact Center Agents!

Main Activities:
• The main purpose of this position is Provide support and assistance to associates regarding their orders
• Provide support and assistance to associates regarding accumulated points
• Provide support and assistance to associates regarding promotions

Requirements:
• English level B2
• Completed high school.
• 6 months of experience in a Call Center **MANDATORY**
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent spelling and grammar.
Working schedule:
• Monday to Friday: 10:00 am - 7:00 pm.
• Saturdays (just once a month, working only 6 hours).
• Sundays (only if it is month-end closing).
• On site job
Workplace:
• Miguel Hidalgo; Mexico City. (5 minutes from “Parques Polanco”)
