This role is within IT Enterprise Applications function. The Business Systems Analyst plays a critical role in driving company growth in Subscription Services and Recurring Revenue. This role will collaborate with business stakeholders, understand business processes, and elicit, define, and analyze requirements configure, develop, test, implement, support, and maintain applications that enable business processes, focused on Subscriptions ManagementZuora and related applications. Experience requirements include up to 3 experience in Information Technology, preferably applications development or configuration.
EducationCertifications
Bachelors degree in information systems or equivalent work experience in software development.
Experience
3 years experience in Information Technology, preferably applications development or configuration.
Familiarity of lifecycle implementation of applications on Zuora or equivalent subscription platform including Blueprint phase.
Demonstrated ability in writing detailed business requirements, technical specifications, application test cases, and release plans
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Understanding of subscription management and recurring billing business processes.
Demonstrated skills in systems analysis, problem analysis, troubleshooting, and technical error resolution.
Knowledge of software development lifecycles and how to take a solution from concept through design, development, testing, and deployment including release and change management.
Demonstrated data analysis skills and ability to translate business reporting needs into specific technical requirements and report designs.
Business Relationships Builds strong relationships with stakeholders appropriately manages stakeholder expectations collaborates effectively.
Strong ability to selforganize work upon receiving direction from Manager or Business Owners
Communicates clearly and effectively in both written and verbal communications in English able to clearly explain technical solutions to a businessperson.
