Who knows where our shared journey will take you?  We are looking for a Business Controller to join our R&D team.  You’ll make an impact as you.
Control the actual, forecast, and budget of R&D projects.
Plan and control cost center and budget allocation, including the monthly analysis, measure setting, and tracking.
Coordinate with the local R&D responsible for the total R&D cost view and headcount, including transparency regarding changes, impact, and measures set.
Be a thought partner for questions regarding strategy surrounding R&D cost, headcount, CAPEX, NCE, etc.
Coordinate with HQ development partners and draw up the necessary contracts with international cooperations.
Drive digital transformation by adapting and involving controlling requirements to increase transparency and impact.
Create business plans and EVA calculations for R&D projects and tracking of target costs for various projects.
You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications.
Basic Qualifications.
5+ years of experience with financial management in a controller role.
3+ years of experience using financial modeling, budgeting software, and ERP systems, such as SAP.
3+ years of experience using PowerBI.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or other Business major Ability to travel at least once a month to Mexico.
Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications.
3+ years of experience with SAP Bilingual in English and Spanish MBA or CPA Create a better #TomorrowWithUs About Siemens.
