Job Description Main Objective The Customer Planning Administrator is responsible for plan, manage and control customer deliveries in a timely manner throughout the value chain, ensuring deliveries by analyzing, confirming, and scheduling demand in systems and following up with customers.
What challenges will you have? Manage data and information to satisfy the demand with the customer.
Provide the correct tool specifications, and the required changes in pieces in order to ensure the continuity of production to the customer.
Monitor the shipment of purchase orders for key accounts and communicate any changes that affect delivery to the customer.
Programming and follow-up of the production plan.
Ensure that sales transactions are completed with accuracy and established quality standards to the customer satisfaction.
Qualifications Who are we looking for? Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Management, Business or related field From 3 to 5 years of experience in the Automotive Industry as Customer Service or related positions is a must Advanced English level Technical Knowledge OEM Portals Management (OEMs) Office, expertise in Excel is a plus SAP Mod.
SALES & DIST What you will bring to Bosch Efficient collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders.
Communication and negotiation skills with internal and external customers.
Continuous improvement mindset Good time management and activity planning  Analytical skills that allow you to manage strategies for problem solving.
