Bid Management Associate will be focused on preparing proposal responses using our proposal automation platform, Loopio, preparing and consolidating fees, and managing requests and responses from within the organization.
The role will manage formal RFI/ RFPs, bespoke proposals, as well as support the Sales/ Global Bid Managers on existing clients rebids and complex opportunities.
This is an intermediate role in the Global Bid Management team, with ownership of bid responses and pricing as well as support for Global Bid Managers on highly complex and strategic deals.
Key Responsibilities Work with Global Bid Managers to support Global Deals (all Practices); Ownership and management of global and regional proposals; coordinate communications, deliverables and schedules/bid plans utilising our Proposal automation tool - Loopio; Prepare and consolidate commercial fees received from standard price books and/or multiple countries; Review and support changes to pricing proposals prepared by Business Developers, in conjunction with Solutions teams; Liaise with Business Development team colleagues, local offices, business partners and other key stakeholders; Monitor the on-going status of assigned tasks and facilitate calls to discuss progress or issues; Assist in final production of global and regional proposals according to specifications including review, proof reading and editing of responses; Administrative, as well as content reviews and support in Loopio for the system management and support of Business Developers utilizing the tool; Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.
Critical Competencies for Success Attention to commercial and financial details; Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and Word; Organized, with good time management skills; Team player; Analytical and logical thinking; Proactive, problem solving.
Skills and Experience First experience in bid management is preferred, but not required; Good Microsoft user (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Strong communication skills, proficient in spoken and written English, fluency in Spanish is advantage; Self-learner, who is able and willing to learn from experience.
