Responsibilities Participate in the support business process with resolving service requests and incidents for SAP BW Planning Applications; Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders for the successful completion of assigned tasks Contribute to Business Planning team’s initiatives/projects Assist the team to analyze and document system / application behavior; Participate in preparation and update of technical documentation; Understand the scope of the services, technical and business requirements, understand the components and interfaces.
Required Skills and Experience Experience in the area of business planning and SAP user knowledge will be considered as strong advantage.
Previous experience and/or business knowledge in application support will be considered as strong advantage.
Troubleshooting and analytical skills, excellent communication skills, customer focus; Self-organized, effective learner and team player; English.
B2 or above; Strong interest in SAP systems.
