ACCOUNTS PAYABLE CLERK

Responsibilities
Assist in the processing and verification of invoices.
Attends suppliers invoicing inquires.
Reconcile vendor statements and assist in resolving discrepancies and related transactions.
Cost balances reports.
Complain handling.
Payments loading, control and the accounting entries involved.
Collaborate with team members to understand and follow established accounts payable procedures.
Actively participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of backoffice principles and software tools.
Engage in proactive problemsolving to contribute to process improvements within the accounts payable function.
Support the team in maintaining accurate and organized accounts payable records.
Respond to inquiries with a positive and customeroriented approach.
