What are your responsibilities: receiving and directing incoming calls, greeting, and advising customers, tagging, and handling baggage preparing tickets, determining fares and routing to assure passenger's travel needs are met interacting with customers in a kind and useful manner is key to crafting......
Research, troubleshoot, develop and implement a workaround (if needed) and gain agreement from customer on problem resolving... should be willing/flexible to work in shifts and weekends... own, investigate and solve complex customer technical/functional issues and serve as a point of contact to the customer......
