You’ll focus on helping the local offices in driving the Firm’s people strategy, creating a unique people experience for each individual, and supporting our Firm-wide values by working with the core competencies that measure and drive individual and Firm-wide success in the marketplace.
Our Human Resources teams support initiatives and programmes across 8 enablement teams; Talent Acquisition Enablement, Deployment Enablement, Talent Enablement Center, Third party Enablement, People Operations Enablement, Mobility Enablement, People Technology, People Operations Delivery and Solutions CoE.

Basic Qualifications.
Minimum Degree Required.
High School Diploma Minimum Years of Experience.
2 year(s) Language Skills Required.
English Preferred Qualifications.
Degree Preferred.
Bachelor Degree Minimum Years of Experience.
2 - 3+ year(s) of experience in Human Resources or similar field.
Preferred Knowledge/Skills.
Demonstrates some abilities and/or a proven record of success providing operational support for entry level and experienced recruiting lifecycles, preferably for a global network of professional services firms, including in the following areas.
Possessing the ability to work both collaboratively and independently while operating in the delivery of a Compliance centered book of business; Maintaining file completeness and quality control standards that are compliant with the Records Management policy; Creating and maintaining process documentation; and, Collaborating with various departments to manage other compliance related activities including; Labor Law Center, Learning & Development regulatory requirements and Onboarding activities; Utilizing relevant technology, such as Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Lotus Notes, Google, Alteryx, Mail Merge tools and other firm sponsored web-based technologies; Advanced oral and written proficiency in English required; Attention to detail; and, Driving process improvement.
