• Designed the user experience of an e-learning that aims to create Unilever employees awareness about inclusion, diversity and disability. Unfolded insights through generative workshops and user interviews that led to creating design principles used to adapt all the specialized content and the learning experience, using gamification as one of the main mechanisms
• Collaborated on the design and execution of a prototype exploration process with potential users of an IoT product for Rotoplas, through investigation, benchmark, sample design with psychographic profiles, user personas archetypes, user interviews, generative workshops and on field experiment, resulting in qualitative insights of the experience of users using Rotoplas technology, used by the UX, R&D and Marketing areas to build a better product development and positioning strategy
