As Multi-Site Material Analyst/Planner I was able to manage the assignment in San Diego & Tijuana Site planning holding inventory levels within the min-max levels in FG and Sub-Assy items.

•	Coordinate the production plan in SD Site with Tijuana Demand ensuring the supply is available and on time
•	Review the weekly Forecast and level the demand when needed on both sites
•	Ensure strong weekly and monthly schedule without material shortages on both sites
•	Ensure the OTD to the customer or Distribution Centers

	Achievements 
o	Maintain the Inventories levels according to ABC Classification in Both Sites: San Diego & Tijuana, reducing the inventory On Hand in Both Sites during the  2016: Q3~Q4 $1.1M through $ 897K
o	Optimal Level on the SS was reached from Tijuana Site to the Distribution Center: 35% through 100%
o	The OTD was increased to Customers: 15% through 98%
o	Overall Backlog Reduction during 2019: $697K through $3K by the end of Q3
