•	Product Life Management (PLM) responsible 
•	KPI’s: PD, Cost savings report, LMPU reduction, WS dashboard, ZD 15 days, Layout footprint savings, OEE & Budget 
•	Monitoring Department expenses – Budget Control of 1.1M USD
•	Trainer: APS University (Top Management) & APS Academy (Middle Managers)
•	Remove waste and constraints from the production process to improve efficiencies and enhance productivity.
•	Zero Defect program responsible (2017 Best year of the history of Autoliv Matamoros in terms of Zero Defects)
•	Kaizen shop area under my charge (8 workers)

•	Accomplish Sales and Revenue yearly goals (12M/year).

•	Short and long term plans in a bid to increase the efficiency and profitability of the plant.
•	KPI’s: Safety, Quality PPM’s, Yield, Delivery, Inventory turns, OEE, Turn over. 
•	Develop and execute the plant manufacturing budgets and monitoring the expenses.
•	Allocate the correct human & equipment resources & direct production employees to attain all established goals.
•	Waste elimination to improve efficiency
•	Provide leadership for the successful day-to-day operation of the facility.
•	Cost reduction: Operation cost 7% reduction per year.

•	Lead Engineering Departments (IE, PE, NPI & Business transfers)
•	Responsible to create an Annual Lean deployment plan per site (5 Sites: Mexico, 2 in USA, UK & France). 
•       Lean Budget Control over 450K usd / year
•	Responsible to Implement Lean concepts and improve overall plant performance
•	Train the union and non-union employees (all levels) in Lean tools. 
•	Responsible to implement Lean Culture & create Lean environment around the sites
•	Cost reduction projects (Target $2M per year)
•	Planning, prepare & conduct all Kaizen events 
•	Prepare and display Lean report by month (President’s letter)  

•	Responsible to develop Kaizen events to improve performance plant & cost savings
•	Responsible to implement ACE Culture (Lean Mind) 
•	Responsible and Leader in all Plant projects, regard ACE, Kaizen and Process control concepts.
•	Responsible to training all employees in ACE training (Lean Mfg. tools)
•	Responsible to create a deployment plan to obtain the ACE levels

•	Scrap control and reduce the quality issues (Apply Six sigma methodologies)
•	Establish metrics controls in all Areas: OEE, Schedule Attainment, Machine utilization, FTQ.
