Head count: 3 Production supervisors, a supervisor process engineering and a supervisor maintenance; 9 Team leaders and 280
operators.

Responsible for the operations of the plant (Production, Quality, Logistics, Engineering and Maintenance) for the accomplishment of the set goals for the operations with respect to productivity, quality, costs and overall operations result; Implementing of plans and controls to manage all operations, through teamwork to meet corporate goals.
Management and Coordination of the Plant Operations according with the business policy and the management objectives of the Production Area. 
Planning and monitoring of budget to identify saving opportunities to fulfill the cost model.
Customers: BMW, VW, TESLA

Responsible for a car line (KSK), for the fulfillment of production objectives per day and packaging in sequence. Monitoring and performance indicators (safety, quality, efficiency, cost), Staff of car line (KSK): 3 Production supervisors, a supervisor process engineering, quality, maintenance and quality; 24 Team leaders and 1400 operators. Teamwork with the areas of Quality, Maintenance, Engineering and Logistics to meet corporate goals.

Responsible for the production and provide cables and modules to other side and KSK area in San Luis. Monitoring and performance indicators (safety, quality, efficiency, cost), Staff of production area: 3 Production supervisors, a supervisor process engineering, quality, maintenance and quality; 18 Team leaders and 550 operators.
Customers: BMW, VW, TESLA

In conjunction with the logistic area ensure production plan. Ensures fulfill production goal, efficiency and quality. Elaborate expenses analysis of area to identify saving opportunities to fulfill the budget. Prepare and provide cost analyze of the expenses of department. Ensures technical proficiency to meet customer requirement with a focus on safety, quality and cost.
Customer: Mercedes Benz

Define and to give priority the projects. Give support the teams to develop and to document their project, verify the phases of DMAIC on Six Sigma. Identify, develop and to document projects of improvements to the process of construction of harness. Participate in the analysis of cause root of problems reported by the customer. I also was responsible to pursuit the system of First Time Quality.
