Educar a Padres y Cuidadores sobre crianza digna 

•	Provide individual care to adolescents with severe mental disabilities, as well as administer medications and ensure that they attend their therapies, medical appointments, physical activities etc. 
•	collaborate with another therapist and social worker to implement interventions that help reduce trauma and help young people reintegrate into the community and be productive
•	  Guide and educate the people who live with these young people to help them understand trauma, healing process and how they can be of benefit in their development and development as well as moral support.

•	Overseeing the restaurant operations during the shift and ensuring that the next shift will be able to come in to a fully functioning and well stocked restaurant.
•	Managing sales reports 
•	Ensuring guests satisfaction.
•	Making sure that all employees are fully equipped and trained to perform their job duties. 
•	Performing interviews and guiding employees who get hired during the onboarding process. 

•	Conducting sales and creating invoices. 
•	Working with providers to place orders and following up on those orders. 
•	Calling customers who were behind on payments and offering plans to accommodate their needs.
