Partnered with General Manager “GM” to execute operational strategy in order to reach Revenue, EBIT and Cash goals under a controlled environment. Led the following finance structure: R2R, O2C, Procure to Pay “PTP/P2P”, taxes, payroll, FP&A & Contract Accounting.

 	Built an experienced finance team to support sales growth from US$80 Million to US$110 Million. 
 	Transformed the Mexico business from being a losing one to becoming one of the most profitable in the worldwide corporation with an EBIT of over 35%. 
 	Achieved the best performance Cash Conversion in the region with over 90% and improved Working Capital Metrics, generating Free Cash Flow excesses of more than $5M per year.   
 	Maintained consistent and strong financial results for the whole decade. 
 	Led the transition for a strategic Chilean acquisition, supported the creation of the finance shared service center. Worked on Balance Sheet Reviews for South America, Implemented the Job Costing process in Chile, and trained South America in the best collection and credit practices.
 	Assured accuracy and compliance of payroll process with social security and tax authorities for 4 business units and 1,200 employees. 

Prepared and consolidated preparing budget and monthly forecasts, costs and expense analysis, variances explanations and monthly deck of financial and operational results.

 	Identified opportunities and risks in conjunction with the operational team resulting in savings of about US$350k per year.
 	Supported Financial Analysis on new sales models that generated profitable growth revenue of about US$2M.
 	Supported business to restructure and centralize four different regional operations into one corporate office in Mexico that generated savings of US$300k per year.

Reported financial statements according US and IFRS GAAPs. Reconciled the entire balance sheet accounts. Assured payment process was aligned to negotiated terms and complied with internal policy and local DOA. Calculated and reported payroll and taxes.

 	Obtained satisfactory audit ratings with significant improvements in quality of finance reports, account reconciliation process, and internal controls. 
 	Improved the reconciliation process. Being in Compliance with 7 criteria. 
 	Implemented of tax strategies following local regulations to generate tax benefits resulted from Tax Consolidation.
 	Coordinated several mergers and splits inside Mexico Tyco Organization including legal, taxes, accounting, antitrust, etc.

Generated Financial Statements to Greensboro, N.C., which included the account reconciliation process, calculation of tax returns, coordination of internal and external audit teams, all in compliance with local laws.

 	Supported integration process to transform a local company into a global company, establishing internal controls inside the organization. 
 	Reported the financial statements accurately and in a timely manner absorbing tax responsibility
 	Obtained VAT Recovery by $500k from previous years through an authority review.

Supported the Audit team in preparing reports for financial and tax purposes. Assessed effectiveness of internal controls, audit planning, and testing. Participated in consulting teams to establish policies and procedures, as well as automation of accounting processes.
