Country Finance & Administration Business Partner. Accountable for all the financial performance of this business unit in Mexico. Advisor of the business in order to give visibility for a better decision making, anticipate of any possible risk and drive good performance of the business.

Accountable for the consolidation and analysis for the financial performance of the Plant. Developed a strong partnership with the operation departments that help us to anticipate any risks and meet the targets.

Finance and controlling activities, Mix analysis, current change, Currency impact, P&L, AOC, forecast, benchmark costing within China plants and other countries, working very close with project managers and marketing team

Responsible of financial reporting at the plant, (Productivity, Inventory, Base Cost, Sales, yearly costing). Finance/Controlling (FICO) Key user for SAP implementation in the plant, 1st ETO Plant SAP implementation

ost Competency Center Team, responsible for plants in USA, Canada & Mexico, daily and annual costing analysis and support for the plants, MKT Ad-hoc Analysis, benchmark with other plants & countries. Supporting SAP implementation in plants among USA and Mexico.
