I build a team of twenty people to deliver Robotics Process Automation using Blueprism. My team was divided in Process Analyst, Configuration and Run Services areas. I lead this team to deliver several projects to implement around one hundred robots across Operations. Improving the time to processing, reducing the risk of human errors and improving customer experience.

I was in charge of projects to reduce costs across Operations applying Lean Six Sigma methodology. I contributed to reduce around three M USD in savings reducing the number of printed statements. I also act as Product Owner for the delivery of all IT improvements to reduce the cost of Operations applying Agile and Scrum. I also started the RPA journey building the Digital Operations Centre in México.

I was in charge of the production support budget leading a group of ten people for the correct planning and forecasting of spent across IT. I also contributed to stablish a governance in terms of how we should plan the resources to support all applications and core banking systems. In addition I led a special project to reduce costs for all the region. I designed the process for incident response doing operational support for Corporative Customers across Latam coordinating internal clients and IT team.

Design and implementation of regional processing center in Operations. The process were oriented to account on-boarding and maintenance for personal and corporate customers, International Payments and claims.

I was in charge of projects related to regulatory and strategic matters for México working with several areas across the bank including Operations, Legal, Compliance and Business Teams.

Maestría en administración de negocios con especialidad en Calidad y Productividad. 

Licenciatura en  ciencias de la informática con un seminario de Administración de proyectos e ingeniería de software usando herramientas CASE. Adicional obtuve un diplomado en calidad enfocado a las normas ISO.
