We are currently searching for a XD Lead.
Responsibilities.
Provide oversight and hands-on work in an end-to-end product design lifecycle, including both UX and UI capabilities.
Collaborate with the product team, business stakeholders, and Business Analysts (BAs) to ensure the product adheres to a user-centered design process while meeting business requirements.
Lead and manage a team of designers, providing guidance and direction throughout the design process.
Requirements.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior-level position in UX/UI design.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
Proficiency in conducting user research, creating wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
In-depth understanding of design principles, best practices, and emerging trends in UX/UI design.
Ability to translate business goals and user needs into intuitive and engaging digital experiences.
Desired.
Experience working on projects related to AI-guided workflows or similar initiatives.
Knowledge of front-end development technologies and frameworks (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.).
Experience in conducting usability testing and iterating designs based on user feedback.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to solve complex design challenges.
A portfolio showcasing previous work demonstrating expertise in UX/UI design and leadership capabilities.
Languages Advanced Oral English.
Native Spanish.
