We are looking for a passionate Wireless Consulting Engineer to plan, design, implement and optimize Cisco Wireless LAN edge environments.
Your responsibilities include driving consulting service and technical support, developing support deliverables, leading team members through delivery projects, and building trusted relationships with high-profile customers.
Our ideal candidates are familiar with solving customers’ technology challenges while striving for business outcomes.
Ultimately, the role is to analyze and tackle Wireless LAN problems in collaboration with multi-functional teams.

Who you are.
Required background.
Bachelor or Master's degree in a technical field, such as Computer Science, Computer Networking, Information Technology, Electrical/Computer Engineering; or 7+ years of significant experience in IT industry.
Customer facing experience (8 years minimum).
Deep technical proficiency (8 years minimum) in Wireless LAN technology with validated expertise in two or more of the following areas.
AireOS Wireless LAN Controllers, Catalyst Wireless LAN Controllers, Cisco DNA Center, Software-Defined Access (SDA), Cisco DNA Spaces, Cisco Prime Infrastructure, Cisco Connected Mobile Experiences (CMX), Meraki Solutions.
Experience in planning, designing, implementing, optimizing and troubleshooting complex Wireless LAN solutions.
Radio-Frequency understanding and tuning.
