-Test Scenario preparation, review & Test strategy preparation for all the projects for all releases.
- Ensures the Quality process to provide defect free environment to business.
- Explore opportunities to automate manual tasks/improve application performance/Show productivity results.
Preferred experience.
- 8+ years of experience as a Test Lead - Should work in both Manual + Automation testing.
- Expertise in Functional and Regression Testing Expertise in Claims Proficiency in SQL - Exposure to Automation and DEVOPS tools Contribute effectively in Agile ceremonies.
- Good communication skills and client handling capabilities.
- Agile Test management process, create test scenarios and test cases as per business requirement - Advance English is a must Why Cognizant?
