About the role.
Assigned to the US Customer Relationship Management product delivery focusing on defining, designing, building and deploying Customer Relationship Management products.
Support the development of Customer Relationship Management technology strategy to support creation of customer experience and customer engagement product/services roadmaps from concept to development to launch encompassing technology adoption, product engineering, service design, security and compliance and business process change.
Key Responsibilities - Collaborate with Salesforce platform management team and ensure that technologies are leveraged for US Customer Relationship Management products.
-Identify technologies to address customer needs - Co-create and execute US Customer Relationship Management products to respond to business challenges, - Drive e2e functional architecture and system integration of US Customer Relationship Management products across processes, data, and technologies.
- Demonstrate value & impact of US Customer Relationship Management products as well as support to deliver financial targets.

Role Requirements Essential Requirements.
• Experience deploying Veeva CRM product is mandatory.
• Demonstrated Technical Product Management; Experience working in product teams or digital/tech highly desirable • Experience working in a complex organization, building relationships, and driving engagement • Having a toolkit for product leadership that includes an understanding of Agile and Lean methodologies, and OKRs.
Experience of delivery through these methods is highly desirable • Experience in IT Technical Strategy & Planning, Emerging Technology Monitoring, Consulting, Influencing & persuading, leveraging technology for business and customer needs, Understanding digital, Financial Management • English Proficiency and open for Hybrid work in Mexico City Desirable Requirements.
