As a valued member of our product management team specializing in drive technology, you'll be pivotal in delivering bespoke solutions to a variety of industrial sectors.
Whether it's powering mine elevators in gold mines or advancing decarbonization efforts like hydrogen production in electrolyzers and heating applications for the glass industry, we excel in providing tailored solutions to meet diverse needs.
n\nIn this role, you'll engage in a multitude of activities spanning the entire product lifecycle.
Your responsibilities will include contributing to the development, launch, and maintenance of state-of-the-art drive systems, as well as technologies for hydrogen production and heating applications.
Your primary focus will revolve around translating customer and market demands into actionable strategies, offering technical sales support, crafting customer-specific solutions, and ensuring unwavering customer satisfaction throughout.
Your responsibilities Being part of our journey to become a leader for a sustainable future in decarbonization of the industry, hydrogen, renewables Develop customer-specific technical solutions, including power electronics and application software if necessary Identify new product development opportunities and creating innovative solutions to meet customer needs Resolve customer issues related to drive systems and technologies, which may require customer site visits Develop product documentation and training material, and deliver training on drive systems, hydrogen production technologies and electrical heating applications to internal teams and customers Conceptualize trade fairs, demos, and marketing materials, and actively participate in trade fairs and customer events Your background Successful engineering degree with a focus on electrical engineering or mechatronics with a focus on electrical engineering Sound knowledge of drive technology, control technology, and power electronics Experience in commissioning, especially with Thyristor-based rectifiers used as DC Drives or power supply, is an advantage First experience in product management or a related field, working with drive systems and technologies is an advantage - we are happy to give ambitious beginners a chance Competence in implementing customer and market requirements into product specifications Collaborative, solution-focused approach with strong communication and relationship-building skills Strong customer orientation and the ability to deliver excellent customer support Willingness to travel internationally (10%) Good written and spoken English; German is an advantage Benefits Flexible work practices Canteen Wellbeing program Employee Assistance Program Retirement plan More about us We look forward to receiving your application (documents submitted in English are appreciated).
