The Electric Motors Specialist (HT-BT) is the expert of the MOTION Large Machines (MOLM) division.
nHe plays a central role in the division's business by promoting the product range to our customers and by drafting technical and commercial offers.
nA true technical leader, he defines the technical solutions required to implement the offer and provides technical advice.
n\nA true technical leader, he/she is the preferred contact for customers and the direct internal link with factories and technical supports.
He/she will guarantee a high level of technical knowledge and tools within the MOTION teams on high and low voltage electric motors.
He/she may also provide technical support during the order execution phase.
This position reports to Sales Support Manager Your responsibilities Understand and respond to technical requests by providing solutions and technical advice on products, systems and applications to customers, partners and/or sales engineers.
Provide specialized internal or external training on software products, solutions, services and tools.
Analyze complex specifications and draw up appropriate technical offers.
Draw up and quantify sales proposals.
Provide technical and commercial support to all internal and external stakeholders.
Analyze performance indicators, report results and identify/implement improvement action plans to optimize our processes.
Apply Quality/Safety/Environment requirements and procedures.
Report actual and potential quality, safety and environmental risks to line management.
Your background At least 2 years of higher technical education (BTS Electrotechnique, DUT GEII or other technical training) with commercial training (ideally Licence Professionnelle - Sedentary Sales Technician).
Good knowledge of the technical field concerned.
Proven experience in a similar position (minimum 10 years).
Good command of IT tools.
Fluent in English.
Good writing skills.
No obstacles to travel (5% maximum).
Strong awareness of Health, Safety and Security rules.
