This position is for our Lerma Plant in the State of Mexico.
Here, we produce over-the-counter (OTC) medications, such as Aspirin and Alka-Seltzer.
We serve the Mexican market and export to various countries, including the United States, Australia, and the Far East.
It is one of the largest and most modern production facilities in the world.

Major Tasks - Manages Liquids Lerma Workstream and oversees all aspects of Program planning, implementation and tracking to meet project objectives.
This includes.
o developing implementation timelines by category and cross category and robust savings tracking o ensuring that appropriate resources for workstream teams are identified or requested and cross-functional expert input is captured o ensuring that workstreams outcome are delivered on time and in full scope - Leads Liquids core team related to the Lerma investment to drive program work and ensure coordination across workstreams, reporting and communication - Assesses critical data, contributes information for go/no-go project decisions as well as prioritization and assures both timely and quality project decisions - Reports progress to Skyfall PMO.
- Lead in an agile and timely manner to deliver projects on time, on budget meeting success criteria.
Apply new ways of working (DSO logic) where applicable - Lead project team by motivating members to meet project goals, committing to their responsibilities and project milestones.
- Work creatively and analytically to develop scenario/risk-based project planning to meet market needs.
- Ensures alignment with PS, R&D, RMSC, Marketing and Commerical organization - Lead / prepare regular Steering Committee meetings by driving content, collaboration, and prioritization to ensure projects are aligned with the organization's overall business objectives, including financial tracking and status updates on overall portfolio and to steer escalation and decision making.
Skill, - PhD or BS/ BA in Business, Life-science, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or equivalent.
- Products industry including minimum of 5 years proven capability of building and leading cross-functional project teams - Solid understanding of legal, regulatory and GMP requirements in a regulated life-scienceenvironment - Proven experience in technical management, logistics, packaging and/ or procurement - Proven Project/ program management and change management skills - Organizational skills necessary to plan, support, and lead complex projects - Ability to drive results, learn quickly, and challenge the status quo - Very good conflict resolution skills.
- Strong customer-focus.
Proven ability to think and sell conceptually as well as influence others.
- Strong ability to drivefor results and deal with ambiguity.
- Self-starter mentality with high degree of initiative and excellent follow-up skills along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of brand, customer marketing, product supply,packaging services and logistics - Must combine strong conceptual and analytical skills with the ability to motivate senior managers across organizational teams to collaborate; - Ability to influence, persuade and collaboratively build relationships with interface partners.
- Team player, task oriented and keen on working in a cross-cultural working environment - Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken   Work Location.
