About the role As a Specialist in the Talent Acquisition Team, you will be seen as a true expert in your field, be able to consistently deliver quality and diverse talent for the organisation that builds and strengthens our future talent pipeline in order to position Kerry as the first choice for top talent.
As well as working within a defined regional capacity (North America), this role will be a key interface into the Business that will position Kerry as the first choice for top talent Key responsibilities Responsible for recruitment delivery activity, managing salaried hiring throughout the full recruitment process - nurturing close relationships with hiring managers through the vacancy lifecycle including thorough briefing calls and weekly updates.
Drive talent-sourcing strategies to support and build out pipelines for current and future hiring demands for locality.
Provide insightful partnership to Hiring Managers.
Collaborate with HRBPs and Functional Leads to gain deep understanding of Function talent needs.
Working collaboratively with wider GBS teams to ensure an aligned approach from first candidate / hiring manager contact to offer, preboarding and onboarding.
Responsible for candidate experience, championing diversity, inclusion, purpose and culture in all aspects of the recruitment process.
Driving Talent Acquisition SLAs, data integrity, pipeline flow, requisition management, and candidate management for specialist/standard roles by region Become ‘expert' user of our applicant tracking system Success Factors, ensuring compliance in TA activity across the ATS to ensure full compliance.
Work collaboratively with the wider GBS teams, all relevant COE and Business Partners to improve processes, Engage our Partners and Nurture our Candidate Pipeline.
Liaise and partner with external agency's / partners as and when required Implement and execute recruitment marketing for just in time recruitment Qualifications and skills · 3+ Year's Experience in E2E Talent Acquisition process, Bachelors Degree in Administration, Psychology or similar.
· English Proficiency-Advanced · Portuguese language Advanced · Full Life cycle recruitment process experience in Mexico and some LATAM countries (Brazil mainly) · Experience in manufacturing companies · proven track record of identifying & engaging qualified talent in the market · Solid experience recruiting top talent and understand how to align talent strategies with business priorities · Proven hability to engage and influence stakeholders · Customer Focus, organizational skills
