Talent Acquisition Intern Location.
Bangalore Duration.
12 months Salary.
Stipend upto 10k per month during initial 6 months.

As a Talent Acquisition Intern at Empasys, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment and talent acquisition process.
Under the guidance of our experienced TA and HR team, you will support various aspects of the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to assisting with onboarding activities.
This internship offers a valuable opportunity to develop essential skills in talent acquisition and human resources while contributing to our mission of attracting and retaining top talent.
Key Responsibilities.
Assist with sourcing and identifying potential candidates through online channels, job boards, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
Review resumes and applications, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate candidate interviews.
Support the scheduling of interviews, communicate with candidates regarding interview details, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Assist with reference checks, background screenings, and other pre-employment verification processes.
Collaborate with the HR team to maintain accurate candidate records and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and status updates.
Contribute to the development of recruitment marketing materials, including job descriptions, job postings, and employer branding initiatives.
Assist with onboarding activities for new hires, including preparing welcome kits, coordinating orientation sessions, and collecting required documentation.
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and other learning opportunities to enhance your understanding of talent acquisition best practices and HR processes.
Qualifications.
Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in business administration or any related fieldStrong interest in pursuing a career in talent acquisition, HR, or recruitment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
