Individual will be responsible for all new hire processes and ensure on-boarding success.
About the Role  In this opportunity as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will.
Provide administrative support to high volume corporate recruiters on the end-to-end recruiting process.
creen and handle candidates calls, resumes and correspondences as requested.
chedule candidates for interviews; prepare offer letters, disposition letters and acknowledgement letters as appropriate.
aintain applicant tracking system to ensure data integrity and compliance.
onduct applicant tracking system audit and make appropriate corrections in HRIS or applicant tracking system as appropriate.
oordinate candidate background checks and required drug testing and serve as the primary contact with the background check vendor.
andle all new hire processes including offer letter generation\/delivery, payroll setup, etc.
and maintain proper handoffs of the new hire process to the HRBP to ensure positive on-boarding experience.
oordinate all internal and external job postings.
ssist with the recruiting report preparation.
espond to all internal or external recruiting related inquiries such as referral bonus policy, application inquiries, recruiting process, etc.
esponsible for record keeping of all recruiting related documents such as applications, background check authorization forms, etc.

achelor's degree desired.
ust be highly proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Must be highly proficient with automated applicant tracking systems, working knowledge of Workday preferred.
ust be quality-oriented with the ability to meet tight deadlines, handle multiple projects and prioritize them appropriately.
nowledge of the Recruiting life cycle is highly desired.
ust be a detail- and customer-oriented team player with excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
