We are currently searching for a System Admin - IAM Operations.
Responsibilities.
Support, maintain, and continuously improve IAM applications including, but not limited to, CyberArk.
Successfully execute technology changes aligned with company policy (Change policy, SDLC, etc.).
Work with team members and business stakeholders to identify new ways to provide value with existing tools and toolsets.
Provide training and guidance to internal and external stakeholders as needed.
Assist in the onboarding and/or uplift of applications/systems specific to Identity & Access Management.
Identify areas for process improvement in areas relating to Identity & Access Management.
Troubleshoot access-related issues and communicate solutions to stakeholders.
Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s culture and values.
Requirements.
Experience administering/supporting CyberArk in a corporate environment.
Knowledge of Active Directory and/or other identity providers.
Experience with Role-Based Access (RBAC) and principles of least privilege.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be a team player with strong attention to detail and able to work independently.
Proven track record at delivering timely and accurate information in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and sound judgment skills.
Desired.
Experience with ServiceNow.
Languages.
Advanced Oral English.
Native Spanish.
