Duties and Responsibilities
Serve as first contact for customer support.
Create trouble tickets using ConnectWise.
Reset passwords using various approved applications.
Assess customer needs and escalate trouble tickets to the correct technical level
Proactively report any information security issues, incidents, or potential security risks to your Supervisor.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
English spoken and written
Knowledge and Skills
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Basic knowledge of computer operation.
Attention to detail and ability to produce errorfree work.
Deadlineoriented and able to work with minimal supervision.
Flexible and able to adapt to our dynamic environment.
